Job Summary

Bee Inspired are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Sales Assistant to join our new team in The Glasgow Fort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with our loyal customers. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by assisting customers, managing inquiries, and contributing to sales growth through upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.

Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Utilise basic maths skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.

Organise and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.

Keep the sales area tidy and well-organised, ensuring products are displayed attractively.

Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment as needed.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements Experience

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales techniques and product knowledge.
