DTC Events Executive

Location:
Remote with frequent travel

The Advocate Group is working with a leading global Apparel & Footwear brand to recruit a
DTC Events & Community Executive
.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of a busy events calendar, manage pop-ups, and help strengthen community engagement across various categories in the UK and potentially Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of 20–25 annual events, including set-up, merchandising, and ensuring an excellent consumer experience.
  • Drive a 7.5t vehicle to and from events and assist with loading, unloading, and stock management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce) to ensure the right products are in the right place.
  • Identify and deliver pop-up opportunities at high streets, festivals, and sporting events.
  • Help build community engagement through networking, charity initiatives, and local projects.
  • Provide post-event reporting, support sales targets, and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

  • Confident communicator with strong consumer-facing skills.
  • Experienced in driving a 7.5t vehicle (valid UK licence required) - or willing to gain this licence.
  • Organised, hands-on, and comfortable spending periods away from home.
  • Physically capable of loading/unloading stock and creating compelling displays.
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical, and IT skills (Excel essential).
  • Detail-focused, self-motivated, flexible, and results-driven with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
