Your new role
You will be joining a dynamic and expanding Professional Liability team that handles a broad range of complex claims across the professional services sector. The team advises on matters involving solicitors, brokers, financial professionals, and policy coverage disputes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases for a diverse client base, including insurers and professional service providers, and to contribute to a team that is recognised for its expertise and collaborative approach.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in professional indemnity and liability defence work. You will have solid experience defending claims against professionals, particularly solicitors, brokers, and financial service providers, along with a strong understanding of professional indemnity insurance policies, including coverage disputes and policy interpretation.You should be confident managing your own caseload while contributing to complex team matters, with strong analytical and drafting skills to deliver high-quality work under pressure. Success in this role will also rely on your client-facing experience, ability to build lasting relationships with insurers and professionals, commercial awareness, and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset.
