Job Description

We're recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary.

We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Group Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and driving process improvements that enhance transparency and performance. What you'll be doing:

• Supporting month-end expense ledger and cost allocations for divisional reporting and regulatory returns
• Coordinating expense planning and forecasting processes and managing authorisation for allocation updates
• Managing general ledger periods, chart of accounts, and ensuring timely month-end close
• Performing reconciliations, journal calculations, and issuing expense reports while identifying opportunities for automation
• Delivering accurate reporting and analysis, including intercompany balance settlements and reconciliation reviews
• Maintaining strong financial controls by reviewing processes, updating risk documentation, and supporting audits
• Building relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insight and influence decision-making
• Contributing to projects and ad-hoc analysis to support divisional success and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience in an analytical finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with reconciliations and ledger postings
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, PowerBI, and financial modelling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders across the business
• Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving change
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
