About Altery
We're Altery — a fast-growing European FinTech on a mission to make fiat and crypto work together for seamless global payments. We're building a world where financial empowerment has no borders, and our people are the ones making it happen.
Our culture is open, fast-moving, and full of ideas. As we scale across markets, staying connected and aligned matters more than ever, that's where you come in.
The Role
We already have a strong internal communications practice and a growing employer brand. Now, we're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to take it forward, someone who's creative, hands-on, and genuinely passionate about connecting people through clear and inspiring communication.
You'll help bring Altery's mission and values to life for our teams, making sure everyone feels part of the bigger picture. You'll craft messages that inform and inspire, keep our internal channels buzzing with energy, and support leaders in communicating with authenticity and clarity. You'll also bring your storytelling skills into the social space, helping us share what life at Altery feels like across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
What You'll Do
- Keep Altery's internal channels fresh and engaging, from Slack updates to newsletters, town halls, and leadership messages that connect people to our mission.
- Partner with People, Marketing, and Design teams to tell stories that celebrate our people, milestones, and culture.
- Support communication around company-wide projects, product launches, and transformation initiatives with empathy and clarity.
- Plan and deliver global team events and cultural moments that strengthen connection across regions.
- Collaborate on social and employer brand content, amplifying our people and culture authentically across digital platforms.
- Measure engagement, gather feedback, and continually improve how we communicate and connect.
What You Bring
We already have a strong internal communications foundation, now we're looking for someone to build on it with creativity, care, and momentum. You've worked in internal comms (and maybe touched employer brand or social storytelling too) and know how to make messages resonate, whether they're shared in Slack, in a town hall, or on LinkedIn.
You're Probably Someone Who
- Writes and edits with clarity and warmth, your messages sound natural and real.
- Knows how to make content engaging, whether for internal audiences or social channels.
- Enjoys juggling projects, collaborating across teams, and turning ideas into action.
- Is confident working with senior leaders and translating complex updates into simple, meaningful stories.
- Cares deeply about culture and connection and how communication brings both to life.
Why You'll Love It Here
- You'll have a real voice in shaping how Altery communicates, connects, and grows.
- You'll work closely with talented teams and leaders across markets.
- You'll join a mission-driven environment where creativity and collaboration come first.
- Competitive compensation and plenty of space to learn, experiment, and grow with us.
If you love bringing clarity to complexity, energy to communication, and connection to culture, you'll fit right in at Altery.
