We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate estimates using Audatex, managing workshop staff, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You'll play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and helping us reach our monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete mobile estimates via WhatsApp using Audatex software
  • Perform on-site vehicle estimates (Audatex)
  • Finalise supplementary estimates, authorisations, and invoices
  • Manage and oversee workshop operations, including staff, customer, and work provider interactions
  • Handle customer and work provider complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all completed work
  • Drive profit growth through effective management and upselling services
  • Perform ad hoc managerial duties as required
  • Use a management system for workflow tracking and reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge in vehicle damage assessment and repairs
  • Proven experience
  • Proficient in using the management systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Skilled in upselling services to boost customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Cash handling experience is an advantage
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage workshop teams and operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,346.94-£54,041.43 per year
