Bar and Waiting Seasonal Team Member

This role will be mainly food service focussed. 1 year waiting service preferred.

What hours will you be working?

Flexible working hours - from 1 shift / 6 hours a week upwards including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

As this is a seasonal position, you must be available to work up until the 21st December.

What you'll be doing as a Bar and Waiting On Team Member

As a Bar and Waiting On Team Member, our customers are in your hands. You'll work on the bar and the floor and will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone's day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;

• Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying drinks.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet in both the bar and restaurant areas.
• Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
• Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
• Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.

Your Pub

'No Ordinary pub, no ordinary hotel, no ordinary food, no ordinary drinks'. Our unique pub and boutique hotel, situated in the northern quarter is a subtle mix of contemporary and traditional both within our drink and fresh food offering. The site holds fifteen boutique bedrooms on the top floor and a large dining area on the first floor.
