At Energise, our vision is to empower the creation of a regenerative planet and society. We partner with businesses to help them build a thriving, low-carbon future. We're a certified B Corporation and a recognised UK Great Place to Work (2024 & 2025), and we're looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Energy pod.

Two pathways into the role
We Offer Two Entry Routes

- Apprenticeship route – If accepted by the training provider, you'll combine your role with studying towards a degree in sustainability/environmental practice. Your degree study will be fully funded through the Environmental Practitioner Degree Apprenticeship scheme, with Energise supporting your application and providing dedicated time off (day or block release as required) for university attendance.
What You'll Do
- Carry out site energy surveys across the UK, identifying savings opportunities.
- Support ESOS compliance projects and other energy efficiency schemes.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret energy and carbon data.
- Help prepare customer reports and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- (Apprenticeship route only) Complete assignments and assessments linked to your degree programme.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UK (sometimes overnight).
- Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and grow.
- Standard route: a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Apprenticeship route: 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and eligibility to study in the UK.

- Pension (matched up to 5%).
- Unlimited annual leave.
- Private healthcare.
- Apprenticeship route: Degree study fully funded through the apprenticeship scheme (subject to provider acceptance) and paid time off for university attendance, via day release or block release as required by the course provider
