Salary:
Up to
£36,413 per annum

Hours:
36 hours across 4 days (8am–6pm)
or
45 hours across 5 days (8am–6pm)

Holiday allowance:

28 days inclusive of bank Holidays, 3 additional days for Christmas closure and 1 additional day for birthday leave (upon passing probation)

We're looking for a passionate and experienced
Room Leader
to join an
Ofsted Outstanding
nursery in
Woodford Green (IG8)
.

As a Room Leader, you'll take the lead in your room, ensuring high-quality care, education, and wellbeing for every child. You'll guide and support your team, oversee planning and observations, and help create engaging, meaningful learning experiences that reflect the
EYFS framework
.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Level 3 (or above) qualified professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a real difference every day.

Must Haves

  • Level 3 or above
    qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Enhanced DBS
    on the Update Service
    (or willingness to obtain one if successful)
  • Strong knowledge of the
    EYFS framework
    and
    safeguarding procedures
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Right to work in the UK
