Reporting to the Accessibility & Inclusion Manager, this role will lead the commissioning of infrastructure improvements and network-wide projects that remove barriers to access and improve the passenger experience for all. From physical upgrades to digital and financial solutions, you'll ensure accessibility is embedded across every aspect of our multi-modal transport network.

You bring credibility in stakeholder engagement, community co-design, and inclusive service development and you're comfortable navigating complexity, managing competing priorities, and driving change across multi-partner environments.
