We are looking for a proactive, organised and self-managing TikTok Affiliates and Creator Partnerships Executive to grow and manage our TikTok Shop affiliate network. The role focuses on outreach, creator onboarding, relationship management and running simple activation campaigns to keep affiliates engaged and posting.

You will work closely with Meg, who leads social content and TikTok Lives. This means supporting her by taking full ownership of the affiliate side including outreach, admin and creator management. You must be confident operating in a young, fast-moving environment where responsibilities shift and where strong follow-through is essential.

This is not a content creation role. It is a creator partnerships and outreach role that requires strong organisation, persistence and practical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Outreach and Recruitment

  • Daily outreach to relevant TikTok creators and affiliates

  • Manage a structured pipeline of prospects, follow-ups and ongoing conversations

  • Onboard new affiliates and ensure they can start promoting quickly

  • Reactivate dormant affiliates through regular communication and incentives

Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with creators

  • Keep affiliates active with ideas, reminders, incentives and weekly challenges

  • Run small creator competitions to drive posting activity

  • Provide Meg and the wider team with regular updates on affiliate performance

TikTok Shop Admin and Operations

  • Maintain product listings, creator permissions and stock visibility

  • Act quickly on product violations and liaise with TikTok or agency partners

  • Monitor basic TikTok Shop analytics and share insights with Meg

  • Support all administrative tasks that keep the TikTok Shop running smoothly

Campaigns and Activation

  • Assist with simple affiliate campaigns including themed promotions and weekend pushes

  • Draft outreach copy, follow-up messages and challenge instructions

  • Produce short activity reports on participation and outcomes

Internal Coordination

  • Align affiliate activity with Meg's social plan, Lives and new product launches

  • Communicate clearly with Harley and the founder when decisions or clarification are needed

  • Bring structure, clarity and consistent follow-through to a young and fast-moving environment

Must Have

  • Proven ability to work proactively with strong initiative

  • High level of organisation and pipeline management

  • Comfortable reporting into a younger manager and working in a young team

  • Confident communicator who builds relationships easily

  • Strong follow-through and ownership of tasks

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and repetitive tasks

  • Ability to solve problems independently and apply common sense

  • Resilient and motivated by activity driven environments

  • Basic understanding of TikTok at user level

  • Must be able to drive

Desirable

  • Experience in influencer coordination, partnerships, affiliate marketing or community management

  • Exposure to TikTok Shop

  • Experience in e-commerce, PR, ambassador programs or agency environments

  • Interest in fashion, creator economy or digital marketing
