This job is offered on a casual basis. Hourly rate of pay £ £13.47 (SCP depending on experience.

As a key support to our teachers and Headteacher, you'll be on the front lines, implementing engaging learning programmes and ensuring a stable, safe, and positive environment for our pupils. Your days will be dynamic, from supervising activities during teaching periods to ensuring safety and engagement during indoor and outdoor midday breaks.

Where You'll Shine: A crucial element of this role is providing specialised support. You'll have the opportunity to work 1:1 and in small groups with all children, including those facing learning difficulties, disabilities, or behavioural challenges, adapting your approach to unlock their unique potential and foster their personal growth.

Work will be offered on a flexible, ad-hoc basis to support the school's day-to-day needs, supporting the class teacher and helping with wider school activities. Some opportunities may run for longer periods, offering the chance to build continuity and experience across the school.

Approximate start date 05/01/2026.
