Location:

Type:
Part-time (4 days/week) or full-time
Salary:

About Us
We're an independent financial planning firm based in London, working mainly with senior professionals in the tech and finance sectors. We're small, focused, and value long-term client relationships over sales targets.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help keep our business running smoothly — someone who enjoys structure and organisation, but also wants to develop into a more technical role over time.
The Role
This is a hands-on administrative role with some light paraplanning tasks. You'll be involved in:
- Maintaining and updating our back-office system (Xplan)
- Liaising with compliance and providers
- Tracking revenues, fees, and client reports
- Preparing client documentation and updating records
- Supporting clients with account and platform queries
- Assisting with suitability reports, valuations, and research where required
While the core of the role is admin and some paraplanning you'll get exposure to all parts of the advice process and will be encouraged to study towards the
CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable with detail
- Confident using Excel, Word, and ideally familiar with IFA software
- Proactive and happy to work independently in a small team environment
- Interested in learning about financial planning and progressing in the profession
Experience in an IFA, wealth management, or provider environment is helpful but not essential.
Experience with Xplan (or similar systems) would be a real bonus.
Development
You'll have time each week to study and the cost of exams will be supported. Over time, there's the potential to develop into a full paraplanning or even advisory role if that's your goal.
