Deployment Strategist

In this position you will guide R&D facilities within world leading enterprises in their transformation journey towards an AI driven product development workflow.

The AI platform enabling this transformation is Monolith AI and you will advise them and their stakeholders on how to successfully revolutionize how they work applying the latest within industry-specific ML and AI research.

Your goal is to win new accounts and to expand existing ones through consultative selling and by offering the most powerful AI services & product package found on the market today.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial project management pre- and post-sales by collaborating with client executives and R&D stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and identify opportunities where Monolith AI delivers exceptional value.
  
  
• Utilize your expertise in consulting and/or engineering projects to develop insightful, metric-driven business cases that resonate with client needs and demonstrate the value of our AI platform.
  
  
• Write and present customer proposals as well as multi-year roadmaps for them to utilise AI to transform and accelerate their development process that address client objectives and align with our product capabilities and roadmap.
• Developing and implementing short- and medium-term plans to realise the territory potential
  
  
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a key partner in their strategic decision-making process.
  
  
• Be capable of holding your ground in advanced scientific and engineering discussions as a commercial stakeholder
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and at a high level emerging new technologies in artificial intelligence and engineering to provide relevant insights and add value to client discussions.
  
  
• Collaborate with Monolith's internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of consulting solutions
  
  

Required Qualifications:

For this role we are looking for an individual with the right combination of both domain knowledge and experience, in this case exposure to project execution in large enterprises.

You typically have a background from:

• Management Consulting with deep digital technology exposure
• Data Strategy Consulting
• Digital Technology Consulting with experience from transformation projects in enterprises
• In-house consultancy at a large engineering driven enterprise
• Project management at a large engineering driven firm

Nice to haves:

• Experience with systems engineering V-Cycle
• Understanding of automotive/industrial product development processes
• Experience working with test labs in automotive/industrial engineering
• Experience converting technical goals into commercial business cases
• Experience converting technical goals into deliverable project plans
• Services/solutions based selling experience
• Able to advocate for customer internally within Monolith
