Fashion Studio Manager

Remass is a sustainable fashion brand that sells vintage clothes and original designs handmade in London. We sell both online and in store (Brick Lane).

The Role

You'll oversee the daily and weekly priorities of the studio team, ensuring everything from e-commerce shoots to fulfilment is executed efficiently and on brand. You'll act as the bridge between creative, operations and HR, supporting each department to meet goals and online sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the studio team to ensure weekly priorities are met.
• Manage the operations team, continuously updating processes to drive efficiency and smooth workflows.
• Support the Marketing Assistant with email campaigns, scheduling and performance and tracking campaigns.
• Lead 1:1 meetings and check-ins with studio team members.
• Recruitment and onboarding including interviewing, trial days and training staff
• Oversee staff progress and performance reviews.
• Manage a range of internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication.
• Communicate with our store team to help with fulfilling requests, restocking originals and sending vintage stock deliveries
• Unpack stock deliveries
• Oversee inventory management systems for a large volume of vintage items and Remass Originals.
• Maintain an organised, efficient and aesthetically on-brand studio environment.
• Support with wider brand planning from campaign prep to shoot logistics.

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role, ideally within a creative, retail or fashion environment.
• Confident leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Process-driven with a knack for improving systems and efficiency.
• Strong multitasker: calm under pressure, proactive and solutions focused.

Desirable

• Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo and Canva
• Knowledge of remass
