Merton Place is a purpose-built care home offering 24-hour residential, nursing, and palliative care. Merton Place consists of 54 single en-suite rooms The home is set within a peaceful conservation area, providing a tranquil setting for both residents and staff.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and supervise Care Practitioners overnight
  • Support residents with personal, emotional, and social needs
  • Maintain and review care plans
  • Administer medication safely
  • Be a key contact for families and professionals
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment
  • Promote meaningful night-time routines
  • Support staff development

What you'll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Diploma Level 3) in Health & Social Care
  • Supervisory/team-leading experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care
  • Ability to work night shifts on a rota
