Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Director to be part of our Private Equity Performance Improvement practice within the Business Services sector. As a Senior Director, you will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client service to our private equity clients throughout the deal lifecycle with focus on post deal value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, setting clear objectives and priorities to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage client engagements across business services sectors, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to private equity clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance improvement strategies tailored to the specific needs of white-collar and blue-collar businesses pre and post-deal.
- Oversee pre-deal operational due diligence activities, leveraging industry expertise and best practices to assess target company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
- Lead post-deal integration efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements, drive synergies, and maximize value for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, managing key stakeholder interactions and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Proven capacity to effectively present a point of view in an engaging manner when interacting with clients.
- Drive business development initiatives, including client relationship management, market analysis, and proposal development, to expand the firm's footprint and drive revenue growth.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in management consulting, private equity, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving performance improvement initiatives within the business services sector.
- Strong understanding of business services operations, processes, and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop practical solutions to drive operational excellence and value creation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability, resilience, and integrity.
