Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainee Administrator based in Glasgow City, with flexibility for some remote work. The Trainee Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, assist in maintaining accurate client records, and support financial planners with documentation and compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating client communications, managing data entry, and ensuring smooth operational processes within the firm. Candidates will gain valuable hands-on experience in the financial planning sector.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in data entry, record management, and general administrative tasks
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
• Interest in financial planning and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant academic qualifications or prior experience in an administrative role are advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience or knowledge in financial services is a plus
