£60,500+ depending on skills and experience plus car allowance and bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities on critical infrastructure comply with legislation and internal policies
• Oversee lifecycle management of infrastructure assets, identifying and coordinating required resources
• Approve Through Life Management Plans (TLMP) alongside Site Engineering
• Lead Root Cause Analysis workshops and drive improvement plans
• Monitor and mitigate TMLP actions for critical infrastructure
• Develop and prioritise investment plans (IBP / Asset Risk Score)
• Manage critical spares strategies to maximise availability and relevance
• Champion Operational Excellence principles (e.g., DSUM, Escalations, Lever Tree)

Your Skills And Experiences

• HNC or higher (preferred)
• Proven leadership in a complex, highly regulated environment
• Experience as a middle manager within a similarly sized organisation
• Knowledge of processes relating to site regulations and lifecycle management (LCM / TLMP)
• Experience in people management, strategy delivery and project execution
• Background in developing and implementing new processes in complex environments
• Technical knowledge relevant to the operational area
• Competent in document and records management throughout their lifecycle

The Team
Our team ensures the site's infrastructure consistently supports operations across the full product lifecycle. We deliver capability and repair solutions that meet safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements while staying aligned with design intent. We work closely with Facility General Managers to forecast demand and plan facility utilisation, enabling informed decisions on maintenance and investment. We also coordinate integrated plans that align production schedules, maintenance activities and major projects to minimise disruption. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
