**General Manager - Refurbished Pub and Sports Bar - Up to £50k + Bonus - Shoreditch - East London
The Shoreditch Arms is our lively and atmospheric pub in the heart of Shoreditch. Serving up delicious food, craft beers, wines and cocktails, as well as the best live sport to enjoy an unmatched gameday experience at Bar Kick - our basement Mecca for sporting and gaming good times.

We're after an outgoing, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our vibrant team and continuously create "Good Times"

The Role

  • Be the face of the venue: run operations as if it's your own business
  • Drive smart, commercial decisions to grow the bottom line without compromising guest experience
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver consistently outstanding service and standards
  • Be a community ambassador: raise the venue's profile, forge partnerships, and get involved locally
  • Innovate with events and experiences that surprise and delight both guests and the team

What We're Looking For

  • Heart-on-your-sleeve leadership: own the role, stay bold, stay calm under pressure
  • No ego, just action: roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager (varies by property)
  • Its a no-brainer, but you got to LOVE SPORT, experience overseeing a quality sports bar is beneficial
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills; approachable and hands-on
  • Outstanding customer service and floor leadership
  • An entrepreneurial spark—excited by new ideas and growth
  • Passion for people: mentoring, developing, and having fun
