Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Digital Marketer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting various digital marketing tasks, including Copywriting,  Paid Media, and Organic Social Media. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Create and optimise paid media campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Develop and execute organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement them effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Copywriting that resonates with current and prospective clients (no AI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven 2+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing role or similar. (Agency role would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Report Writing, Copywriting, Paid Media, and Organic Social Media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in writing proposals and pitching to clients.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with PPC Ads and monitoring engagement
  • Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
