Key to this role is a strong understanding of prevalent skin concerns and conditions, with the ability to effectively convert, upsell, and cross-sell treatments and products to optimise client results. The role requires proficiency in consultation and sales, as these activities are integral to the job.

Building lasting, robust relationships with customers, ensuring their return, and maintaining a busy client schedule are key. Senior Practitioners are also responsible for growing their patient list, both by retaining existing business and converting new prospects into paying clients to help meet individual and clinic targets. Effective, polite, and professional communication with both clients and peers is a requisite. Strong listening skills, organisational competence, and exemplary conduct are expected from Senior Practitioners, who will lead by example within the team.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience, demonstrating expertise in recommending and delivering advanced skin and laser treatments to the highest standard. They will exhibit confidence and tact in conducting skin and laser consultations for both male and female patients, with a commitment to client follow-up.

This role requires dedication and a commitment to following company policies and processes. We are a growing brand and therefore, Senior Practitioners will support the team through protocol updates, policy adherence, and training assistance as required.

The part-time role entails a 37.5 hour work week pro-rata (1-2 days per week), which may include some evenings and Saturdays.

• Follow-ups and client communication (Essential)

• Email correspondence with representatives and customers (Essential)

• Assisting in training new staff members and offering support to junior team (Essential) - Assisting in capturing before-and-after images of successful skin transformations, collating reviews, and content for marketing purposes (Essential).

Requirements for the Role

Applicants should possess a minimum of the following certificates or their equivalents:

• Beauty Therapy, NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 4
• Aesthetics - Level 4
• Laser Core of Knowledge
• Appropriate certificates in laser, body and advanced skin treatments - Appropriate certificates in Toxin / Filler administration (if applicable)

It is imperative that candidates applying for this role have at least 3 years experience in advanced skin treatments, including IPL / laser skin rejuvenation, and skin, body and laser consultations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
