Job introduction

Downs Junior School is seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and highly motivated TAs to work with children with complex needs in an INA role. The post is 8.30am-3.15pm/8.40am-3.25pm (depending on year group), Mon-Fri, term time only, Grade B. The post also includes a lunchtime duty.

Paid weeks per year: inclusive of holiday entitlement)

Fixed term: The positions are temporary until the end of the academic year in the first instance, with the possibility of becoming permanent from September 2026, depending on the needs of the school.

Start date: Monday 5th January 2026
