The Role

We're looking for an experienced
Internal Communications Manager
to lead our internal communications strategy across the Group. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our people understand and connect with our strategy, values, and growth journey. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on reaching frontline colleagues across diverse regions and brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering internal communication strategies tailored to varied audiences
  • Leading change communications with clarity and empathy
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the Group
  • Creating engaging content for newsletters, intranet, apps, and noticeboards
  • Planning and executing impactful internal events like Town Halls and leadership forums
  • Measuring communication effectiveness and continuously improving reach and impact

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in internal communications, ideally in a complex, multi-brand organisation
  • Expertise in change and crisis communications
  • Creative approaches to engaging non-desk-based employees
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex messages
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
