About the role
Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for driving transformation and operational excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Head of Strategic Initiatives to work directly with our CEO, turning vision into reality and leading cross-functional change across the business.
This is a pivotal leadership position focused on enabling the efficient execution of our business strategy, operational priorities, and transformation initiatives. You'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable impact across the organisation.
What you'll do
Year 1 Priorities:
- Lead strategic planning and implementation across teams
- Drive operational reviews to improve efficiency and speed-to-market
- Champion change management and internal communications
- Partner on technology and AI integration to enhance performance
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Shape company strategy with the CEO and SLT
- Oversee key strategic projects and initiatives
- Identify and solve operational challenges
- Represent the CEO in meetings and communications
- Support organisational development and culture initiatives
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in senior strategic, operational, or transformation roles
- Proven success in cross-functional change leadership
- Experience implementing digital tools and partnering with tech teams
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical, data-driven, and commercially astute
Bonus if you have
- Experience in scale-up or fast-growth environments
- Familiarity with AI in creative or commercial settings
- Background in fashion, retail, or creative industries
