There is a lot goingon and business is good.This means an efficient, experienced LogisticsCo -Ordinator and Administrator is now needed to run the day -to -day operationsof the business.The Logistics Co -ordinator plays a crucial rolein ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Thisposition involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support theoverall functioning of the logistics and transportation of goods, products andpeople and contribute to a productive work environment.Responsibilities:• Provideadministrative support to get vehicles from A to B efficiently and profitably• Coordinateand schedule appointments for drivers and transport managers.·             Prepare quotes for new business and give prices.• Assistin the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.• Maintainoffice supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are stocked .• Overseeoffice organisation and co -ordinate staff rotas for 24x 7 shifts• Manageoffice facilities, including liaising with service providers.• Maintainaccurate and up -to -date records, both electronic and physical.• Assistin data entry, data analysis, and report generation as needed.·              Ensure that travel expenses are recordedand processed in a timely manner.• Assistwith basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, expenses, and budget monitoring.• Assistin the onboarding process for new employees.• Maintainemployee records and assist with HR -related tasks. Requirements Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ·       Ideally from a relevant background of transport, logistics, parcels, minicabs, taxis, Amazon deliveries • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.   Benefits Great salary.  Fast moving buzzy environment.
