An energetic and motivated Lettings Negotiator is required for a thriving independent estate agency in the Cheam, Surrey area. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience and be able to deliver excellent customer service and achieve strong lettings results.

A respected independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices across Surrey and South West London is looking for a confident, ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Cheam branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous lettings experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to progress their property career.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating lets between landlords and tenants
• Maintaining regular contact with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Managing the tenancy process from offer to move-in
• Working towards and achieving individual and office targets
• Building strong local knowledge and relationships to maximise new business opportunities 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and sales ability
• Professional telephone manner and smart presentation
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Knowledge of the Cheam area is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car
• Professional and positive approach to work
