About the Role

Be at the intersection of customers and operations As a Graduate in our Business Development & Logistics team, you'll support initiatives that streamline order fulfilment, enhance customer experience, and improve distribution efficiency, identify new business opportunities and assist with client outreach to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse supply chain and sales performance data to identify trends
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Preparing proposals and presentations
  • Building relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Supporting cross functional initiatives to drive revenue
  • Support logistics optimisation and inventory planning projects
  • Assist in process improvement workshops across sales & delivery teams
  • Work closely with commercial teams to improve customer service outcomes

About You

  • Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
  • Interest in operations, logistics, or customer success
