Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage creative strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. You'll collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure every post, campaign, and interaction aligns with our brand voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience reach and engagement.

Create and curate compelling content (posts, videos, stories, and graphics).

Manage daily posting, community engagement, and feedback monitoring.

Track analytics, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and events.

Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms to keep content relevant.

Manage paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience managing social media pages (minimum 2 years preferred).

Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Canva, Buffer).

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.

Photography or video editing skills are an added advantage.
