Duties;
· Preparing quotes
· Processing orders
· Providing information on pricing, product and delivery
· Dealing with customer queries
· Inputting data onto the CRM system
· Liaising with suppliers
Requirements;
· Experience working within an administrative role
· Strong IT skills
· Experience with data input
· Preparing quotes (beneficial though not essential)
· Strong customer service skills
