Krinkels UK are a grounds maintenance & street cleansing services company, head quartered in Oxfordshire, but operating across the UK. Work is undertaken for public and private sector clients such as councils, the NHS, and housing associations.

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic Cleansing Supervisor to lead our Cleansing operations in the Wandsworth Borough.

With a flexible attitude, you will demonstrate our Company ethos on a daily basis, motivating your teams to perform the consistent high-quality services that are the hallmark of Krinkels UK.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:

Responsible for managing day-to day operations, you will be the main point of contact for the Client and the Service Delivery Manager for your designated area.

With good IT skills you will effectively utilise our systems to competently manage and report on all aspects of cleansing service delivery.

You will have:

Proven experience of managing cleansing teams contracts and projects from inception to completion with attention to detail and methodical approach to work.

At least three years' satisfactory experience of similar responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage staff

  • Liaise with the Service Delivery Manager regarding operational matters

  • Liaise with customers and provide clear helpful advice

  • Control health and safety and personnel matters

  • Investigate accidents and insurance claims

  • Control quality and ensure work is completed to the specification standard

As a person you will show excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills. Demonstrate clear commitment to the highest ethical standards, and Krinkels UK behaviours and values.

A full clean UK driving license is required.
