Role: Office Manager

Location: Coleshill HQ

Hours: 40 hours, Monday–Friday with occasional flexibility

Reports to: Director

Salary: £40k-£45k + bonus (dependent on experience)

About Us

We are one of the UK's fastest-growing furniture retailers, currently operating 24 stores nationwide and expanding rapidly. With turnover set to double within the next 12-18 months, we're looking for a highly capable and driven Office Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring operations run smoothly, and confidential matters are handled with absolute discretion.

The Role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Head Office operations, overseeing workload distribution, performance KPIs and business targets, alongside supporting on recruitment and HR for the business. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly adaptable and organised, and can balance competing priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, HR Manager, or a similar high-level support role
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of managing a team
  • Knowledge of general HR principles
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills is a must
  • Absolute loyalty, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Resilient with a thick skin – unflappable under pressure
  • Confident, assertive, and not afraid of confrontation when required
  • Flexible and adaptable – this is not a clock-watching role
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about supporting a fast-moving business
