3.5T Van Driver – 4 on / 4 off (Heathrow Area)

Salary from £33,800

We're looking for a reliable and professional 3.5T Van Driver to join our team near Heathrow on a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern. You'll be responsible for transporting goods safely between locations and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 3.5T van to deliver goods on schedule.
  • Load and unload goods following safe manual handling practices.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
  • Follow assigned routes and communicate clearly with dispatch.
  • Provide polite, professional customer service.
  • Comply with all road laws and company safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Full Manual UK Driving Licence (clean record).
  • Warehouse and Forklift Truck experience preferable (training can be provided if needed).
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Aviation Security & Background Checks

You must be able to:

  • Provide 5 years address history.
  • Provide 5 years reference history (employment, education, benefits, or character references).
  • Complete a DBS/CRC check.
  • Complete an Airside Pass application (we will support you through this process).

Shift Pattern

  • 4 on / 4 off rotation
  • Includes weekends as part of the rolling schedule
