Join Our Client's Dynamic Team as a Global Sales Manager (Maritime, CyberSecurity)

We're seeking a results-driven Global Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with clients worldwide. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the maritime industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead sales strategies for cybersecurity solutions compliant with IACS UR E26 and E27 regulations
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that showcase solution value
  • Generate revenue opportunities, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets
  • Lead high-performing teams and monitor performance to achieve sales goals
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Drive new account acquisitions and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver optimal solutions
  • Travel frequently (30-50%) to support sales efforts and attend industry events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the vessel, cybersecurity, or technology industry
  • 4+ years of selling cybersecurity solutions or vessel sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of IACS UR E26 and E27 regulations
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ship systems, IT, and OT cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven vessel industry knowledge and experience
  • Global project management experience
  • Strong team leadership and management skills
  • Background in engineering, vessel, or cybersecurity
  • Established network within the vessel industry
