Full Time (32+ hours a week) Team Member Role

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY (ALL 3 DAYS) FOR WORK.

Fluffy Fluffy is a dessert café renowned for its fluffy and airy award-winning souffle pancakes. As the leading and largest soufflé pancake and dessert brand, our goal is to spread happiness and create sweet moments through our carefully crafted desserts.

The Role

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.
  • Able to make pastries after training such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc.
  • Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
  • Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products.
  • Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station. Including standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.
  • Perform cleaning tasks and daily checklists, and maintain cleaning standards.
  • Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
  • Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
  • Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.

  • Food Handler's certification is a plus - will be provided
