We are looking for a Learning Designer to join our team.
Role Summary
Our Learning Designers collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), and the development and creative teams to produce engaging digital learning content. This includes developing storyboards, writing video scripts, instructional text and assessments. A key part of the role is using generative AI (GenAI) appropriately to enhance learning solutions.
We are a close, collaborative and supportive team, committed to professional growth and sharing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply established learning design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to identify learning requirements and define measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on the learning design approach.
- Map learning outcomes to assessment criteria to ensure effective evaluation.
- Incorporate learning design strategies (e.g. Gagne's Nine Events, microlearning) and narrative techniques (e.g. scenarios, examples) to enhance learner engagement.
- Research and curate credible source content, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Utilise generative AI tools to enhance digital learning experiences and content delivery.
- Design and write accessible content that aligns with diversity. equity, and inclusion (DE&I) standards and in-house style guidelines.

What You'll Bring To The Role
- Skills in collaborating across functions, levels, and departments.

- The ability to develop impactful visual content (e.g. graphics, videos) that enhances learning and considers diverse learner needs and cultural contexts.
- Adherence to copyright laws and intellectual property guidelines in educational content.
