Liba is a patisserie offering high standard petit gateau with a focus on seasonality and quality. We believe savoury and main meals get so much love and attention, why not the dessert too?
We are on a mission to become a new leader in the dessert market, providing outstanding desserts that can be enjoyed with carefully selected coffee blends and complimenting wines.
This role involves preparing and serving takeaway coffees in the morning, taking orders, crafting drinks, and serving our signature desserts throughout the day. We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic team member to help make it happen and fill a key role in Liba. Not only passionate about coffee, but for desserts too. Knowledge about wine is a bonus, but not essential—just a love for it will do
Responsibilites:
● Assisting with beginning and end of day duties
● Maintaining clear and organised work areas, including public areas
● Ensuring customers are met with a friendly face and deliver exceptional customer service.
● Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages.
● Taking orders and processing payments
● Develop in-depth knowledge of our petit gateau, coffee selections, and wines.
● Work independently and as part of a small team.
● Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements:
● Minimum 1 years' experience as a barista is essential, but training will be given
● Confident with basic latte art
● Competent customer service skills
● Experience with POS systems is beneficial.
● Right to work in the UK
Job Type: Part-time
