Job Description:
- Need them to be proficient in Data, regulatory and compliance, Microsoft Purview / Legal Holds , Data retention periods and all related items in Banking and finance .
- Exp with highly regulated countries.
- Should have global regulation experience as we are working with US, UK, Mexico, China, CH, Saudia Arabia, India, HK, DE, Turkiye
- Strong experience program manager oversees multiple projects, ensures they align with organizational goals, manages budgets and resources, and coordinates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic planning: Define and execute program strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives and creating a roadmap with key milestones.
- Project coordination: Oversee multiple projects, manage their interdependencies, and monitor progress to ensure they stay on track.
- Budget management: Develop and manage the program budget, track spending, and allocate resources across various projects.
- Risk management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact the program's success, and take corrective action when needed.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and partners.
