Picking/Packing Operative – Tiffin Sandwiches (Chester Site)

Location: Chester, UK

Shift Pattern: 4 on4 off - 10am till 10pm

The Role

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic Picking/Packing Operatives to join our production team in Chester. You'll be part of a busy team responsible for preparing and packing our products to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack sandwiches and other products ready for dispatch
  • Work efficiently to meet daily packing and dispatch targets
  • Ensure products are labelled correctly and comply with quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

About You

  • Previous experience in a food production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible in your approach to work
