Purchase Ledger Clerk

Reliable Recruit are working with a leading manufacturing company to hire a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to work out of their site in Rochdale.
The work will involve:
- Recording sales transactions and issuing customer invoices
- Invoice processing, including correct authorisation, coding and allocation
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries as required
- Customer account and supplier statement reconciliation
- Credit control, ensuring timely collections and chasing overdue payments
- Maintain accurate records to meet audit requirements
The working times and pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Monthly salary
- £24,420 to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software.
