Role Description

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Halifax showroom team. You will be passionate about luxury jewellery and watches, thrive in a client-facing environment, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience from the first welcome to the final purchase - and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, offering personalised, knowledgeable service.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell luxury jewellery and watch collections, communicating product features and benefits with confidence.
  • Assist customers with bespoke orders, repairs, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain the showroom's presentation to the highest standard, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Support in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including new arrivals, brand history, and craftsmanship details.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed showroom sales targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous retail sales experience (luxury, jewellery, or watches preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for luxury products and an understanding of client service excellence.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining showroom standards.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • IT-literate, with experience using point-of-sale systems.
