Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Luxury Travel Specialist to join our team. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing luxury golf travel experiences for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless trip execution. These experiences extend far beyond the golf course, the ideal candidate is creative, has a passion for golf, strong organizational skills and experience in travel planning or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and customize luxury golf travel packages, including accommodations, tee times, transportation, and additional experiences.
- Provide expert advice on golf destinations, courses, and travel logistics to clients.
- Produce trip itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to clients.
- Coordinate with golf courses, hotels, and local service providers to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests efficiently with absolute focus on speed and accuracy of reply.
- Resolve any travel issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- From time to time, travel to meet key client trips across the UK & Ireland.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new golf destinations, and travel regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in travel planning, tourism, hospitality, or event management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of golf, golf courses, hotels, and golfing destinations worldwide is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and attention to detail abilities is key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using travel booking systems is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for golf and familiarity with the sport's culture and travel trends.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client experiences.
