Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Drama Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students of all ages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students develop their dance skills while promoting creativity and self-expression.

This position is to teach an after-school drama club at a school based in Wisborough Green, RH14. This will take place on a weekly basis, Tuesdays, 3:15pm - 4:30pm term time only.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dynamic drama classes tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
  • Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to reach their full potential.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their technique and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Drama Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • A background in performance is advantageous but not essential.
  • An enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months or willingness to have a new one processed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £25.00 per hour
