Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Upsell items and special promotions to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and health regulations is essential.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Must be available to work late nights on Friday and Saturday and extra shifts over the festive period
  • Must have own means of getting to work as no transport links are available late at night

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
