Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asset Manager, based in London with some allowance for remote work. The Asset Manager will oversee the performance and optimization of assets within the company's portfolio, develop and implement asset management strategies, manage third-party contractors, and monitor financial and operational performance metrics. Additionally, the Asset Manager will frequently liaise with stakeholders, assist in the preparation of investment reports, and contribute to the planning of refinancing and exit strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of asset management, portfolio performance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Experience in real estate operations, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of debt restructuring, refinancing, and market entry/exit strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA/CAIA and experience in the real estate or investment industry are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
