Duties
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter, ensuring a positive experience
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals, including cooking and assembling orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area and kitchen.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required
