A well-established compliance organisation is seeking a Bid Manager to join its team. The Bid Manager leads the end-to-end bid process, crafting compelling proposals and coordinating cross-functional teams to secure high-value contracts and drive business growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end bid processes for major RFI/RFP/ITT opportunities
  • Shape persuasive, client-focused proposals that stand out
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
  • Use tech and insights to boost win rates and stay ahead of competitors
