Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for holiday makers and owners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Duties
- Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Deal with check in for holiday makers, handle queries and complaints
- Assist housekeeping with checks and welcome calls.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics Elite.
- Handle correspondence via email and telephone, ensuring timely responses
- Organise files, documents, and office supplies to ensure an efficient workspace
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Support other administrative staff as required to ensure seamless office operations
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks with high accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
- Administrative experience combined with good time management skills is preferred
