Location: Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) – Bracknell HQ

What you will do:

  • Lead the global trading strategy for , managing promotional calendars and developing data-driven hypotheses to maximize revenue and profit.

  • Define and execute the CRO roadmap, designing and delivering A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the purchase funnel and improve UX across all markets.

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps) to understand user behavior, build performance dashboards, and generate actionable insights for global UX and retention.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or digital trading roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of UX principles and revenue drivers (CRO, AOV).

  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify and related integrations, coupled with a data-driven mindset and commercial acumen.

  • Excellent project management skills with a bias for action, comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
