The Role

We're looking for a skilled UX Designer / Digital Marketer to join our multidisciplinary team, and shape engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms and touch points, spanning various ventures and brands. The role involves drafting the UI systems for bespoke software, and leading digital content creation to enhance the user experience and brand presence.

You'll use your creative and technical skills to design engaging digital experiences, strengthen our brand presence and drive user engagement across multiple ventures.

The team you will be joining is small, multi-disciplinary, passionate, and offers the chance to work alongside skilled individuals solving challenging problems across different fields and all levels of the business.

You'll take ownership of design and marketing initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with stakeholders across the business. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and frontend engineers to build coherent systems of interaction across our digital services and products. The role is full-time and based in our central London office, shared with other portfolio companies, providing a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

UX Design

• Design and prototype user-centric digital experiences across websites and applications.
• Utilise user research to understand user behaviours, needs and pain points across different
• contexts and devices.
• Develop user journey maps and other research artefacts to communicate user needs to
• stakeholders and blueprint the frontend systems of our services.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools such as Figma.
• Apply best practices in UX and interaction design to improve usability and engagement of existing systems.
• Champion the user-first mindset, simplifying onboarding and streamlining complex workflows.
• Stay ahead of trends in UX, fintech, AI, and digital marketing to drive innovation.

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute content strategies for websites, newsletters, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimise email marketing, CRM, PPC, SEO, and social media activities.
• Create engaging copy and visual content in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency with brand tone and campaign messaging.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve engagement.
• Develop and adapt social media and online content strategy to a variety of business contexts, including banking, financial services, SaaS products, and cybersecurity.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention across both B2C and B2B financial services channels.

Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years' experience in a similar UX design and/or digital marketing role.
• Skilled in UX/UI design, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of digital engagement metrics and analytics tools.
• Experienced in CRM, SEO, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability with a creative eye for detail.
• Proficient with design and marketing tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations within financial services is advantageous.
